Mark Ormrod is a former Royal Marines Commando who was injured in Afghanistan on Christmas Eve 2007 becoming the country’s first triple amputee from the conflict. Since battling back from his injuries he has gone onto become a motivational speaker, an adaptive athlete, has raised millions for charities and runs multiple businesses as well as working as a consultant in the TV and film industry. 

A father of three he also relishes the challenges that come with being an active dad and trying to figure out how to be fully involved in his children’s lives in all that they do.
