My name is Jon Attenborough, I am a disability awareness campaigner and raise awareness of the challenges that disabled people face daily. I am registered blind and have a five year old yellow Labrador/retriever cross guide dog called Sam.

I believe passionately that accessibility and inclusion are fundamental human rights and I work hard and fight every day to make this a reality for disabled people across the UK by raising awareness and challenging discriminatory behaviour, practices and policies.

I am proud to be an Ambassador for the charity Euan’s Guide as well as being a member of Guide Dogs Scotland campaigns group. I am also proud to be a trustee of the charity Dog A.I.D
