Danielle Brown MBE

Danielle Brown is a double Paralympic gold medallist (Beijing 2008 and London 2012) and five-time World Champion in archery. She was world number 1 for her entire career, holds all 12 World Records, and was the first disabled athlete to represent (and win gold) for England at the Commonwealth Games. Whilst competing at this level she graduated from university with first class honours in law.
After retiring from elite sport Danielle founded her own speaking and training business. She works with organisations to help them get diversity and inclusion firmly on the agenda, upskilling staff in inclusive leadership. Her areas of specialism are gender and disability. She is also the Head of Training and Development at Kaleidoscope Group.
Danielle is passionate about inspiring the next generation, teaching them the power of positive mindsets. She is an ambassador for the Mintridge Foundation and has written a children’s self-development book, Be Your Best Self, with seven-year-old Nathan Kai.
