It’s so important for society to see disabled people living full and joyful lives. When I was younger, I had no disabled role models, no examples of anyone who looked like me succeeding in life. It took me a long time to fully embrace my identity as a disabled person, and in some ways I’m still on that journey.

I’m incredibly proud to be listed in the Power 100 for the third consecutive year, which gives me a platform to share my career progression, and the opportunity to empower the next generation of disabled people.
